Dr. Dana Trippi
Dr. Dana Trippi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo, and a Medical Degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She then completed her Emergency Medicine Residency at State University of New York at Buffalo. She is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Trippi is a member of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and has been a guest speaker at the American Board of Obesity Medicine Symposiums. Dr. Trippi has practiced in Las Vegas since 1998 and is committed to offering the community lifestyle choices to better health. In 2011 and 2013, Las Vegas Life Magazine voted her a “Best Doctor” in her specialty of Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Erik Evensen
Dr. Erik Evensen earned a bachelors degree in biological sciences from University of South Florida. He completed his medical degree at Midwestern University in Arizona and continued on to finish a 4 year residency program in emergency medicine in Chicago. In addition to being board certified in Emergency Medicine, he is a member and is board certified in American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Evensen is passionate about treating the obesity epidemic and has a special interest in men’s health and men’s anti-aging. His background equips him to deal with a broad range of acute and chronic diseases. Las Vegas Life Magazine voted him a “Best Doctor” in Family Practice.
Dr. Michael John Gunter
Dr. Michael John Gunter is the medical director for Atlas Men’s Health Institute.A native of Las Vegas, Dr. Gunter began his medical career in 1978 as a clinical paramedic. He received his medical degree in 1993 from the University 0f Nevada School 0f Medicine and is board certified in Family Practice. He completed a family practice residency program at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital in Arizona and a fellowship at the Toledo Hospital in Ohio. Dr. Gunter holds certificates of added qualifications in Sports Medicine. ln i999, Dr. Gunter studied Acupuncture at UCLA. ln 2006, he attended formal training in age management medicine at Cenegenics Medical Institute in Las Vegas. Currently, he is chief of staff at Summerlin Hospital and practices Family and Sports Medicine. ln 2013, Las Vegas Lite Magazine voted him a “Best Doctor” in Family Practice.
Alana Mercer PA-C
Alana Mercer earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biomedical Sciences from Missouri State University. She completed her masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Cleveland State University in 2009. As a Physician Assistant she has practiced Emergency Medicine, Obesity Medicine and Mens Health. She is an active member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In 2012, she became certified in Aesthetics as an adjunct to anti-aging, health and wellness therapies.
